Our classic Country Sourdough Loaf has found favor with many Elginites looking for a flavorful, old-school loaf. From start to finish, we ferment the levain and dough for about 30 hours and bake in small batches. 

Whether it's for jam and toast at breakfast or accompanying soup at dinner, you can't go wrong with the Country Sourdough.

We only use organic, unbleached wheat flours in this loaf, and most of them come from Barton Springs Mill. Flour mixes may vary depending availability, so please reach out if you have questions!
